Garlic vegetable pulaoo


Ingredients:

2 cup Rice (basmati)
5 cup Water
200 gms Cauliflower (Phool gobi) Florets
1/2 cup fresh Peas (Matar)
1/2 cup finely choppedbeans.
1/2 cup finely choppedcarrot.
1 small capsicum finely chopped.
3-4 small Cardamoms (Elaichi)
1/2 tsp Red chilli (Lal Mirchi) Powder
1/2 tsp briyani masalaPowder
1 x 1 inch Cinnamon (Tuj/Dalchini)
2-4 Cloves (Lavang)
2 big Cloves ofgarlic finely chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds.
4 tblsp Oil
1 tsp Salt (Namak)

How to make quick vegetable pulao:
· Wash and soak the ricefor 20 min, drain and keep aside.
· Finely chop all thevegetables and boil the vegetables withpinch of salt except capsicum
· Heat oil in a pan andfry the semi boiled vegetables.
· Heat oil in a pan and addjeera, garlic, cinnamon, cloves and cardamoms and sauté for 2-3 minutes,
· Then add the drained rice, little briyani masala and fry.
· In separate vesselboil 5 cups of water with salt, and then add fried rice.
